On Sunday 17th May fourteen gymnasts from Eagles Gymnastics Club competed at the Fenland Grades competition at four different levels. They were competing at all around in their age group (which involves beam, bars, floor and vault). All did fantastically, especially since it was the first competition for several of them.
Eagles gymnasts secured 5 gold medals, 2 silver and 1 bronze in all around competitions. Gold medalists Kristina, Zaneta, Veronika, Beatrice and Amie all won their age group all around competitions. Kristina, Zaneta and Amie also achieved the trophy for first place over all for grades 1, 2 and 4 respectively.
